Printed business cards 'can boost return on investment'

Printed business cards are an important aspect of trade shows, it has been claimed.

People who want to get the most out of trade shows and boost return on investment should ensure they take plenty of printed business cards with them.

That is according to an individual writing for Fox Business, who stated although attendance at such events is decreasing, they are still very important for making face-to-face connections with customers.

One of the author's strategies for getting the most out of networking meetings is to have a large number of printed business cards to hand and ensure they list every possible contact method, including email and social media profiles.

Individuals should also prepare a 30-second elevator pitch about themselves and their company, as "you can never be too sure whom you will meet and who may be an asset", the contributor continued.

Additionally, company bosses may wish to carefully consider the design of their cards, as Mark Haslan recently noted in an article for Overnight Prints the items are vital branding tools and can help convert leads to sales if they are well made.
