Those who are experts at web design should take on board the skills of brochure printing firms, it has been said.
Creative Boom's Alan Anderson claimed businesses want designers to be able to come up with the visual aspects of their brand and have them work over a wide variety of media, such as online and print.
By offering both, those with web skills will be able to gain more clients by reducing the need for companies to seek out two different consultants for their online and print marketing requirements, Mr Anderson stated.
"Today's client wants a designer to build them a brand up from scratch and transfer that brand over several media types - both electronic and print," he explained.
Susan Ira, writer for Travel Wires, recently noted that the importance of printed brochures and flyers in the marketing of guest houses is immeasurable, as they make it easier to compare services.
